The Castle Clinton National Monument is on the National Register of Historic Places and is operated by the National Park Service.
It is located in Manhattan's Battery Park...and many of the tourist come here before or after visiting the Statue of Liberty.
The Castle has this cannon on display without a placard to provide information.
