This is a little church in the small town of Redondo, in Alentejo region, South of Portugal.

This church is more like a chapel and although some references use the later designation, the local historical marker considers it a church.
It's located in the boundaries of the town, on the top of a hill which was once a hunting ground.
Its foundation date is unknown but in 1534 there is a reference to it. Renovated in the 17th Century.
The stairway climbing the hill to reach the building was built in 1930. Architectural details in Portuguese, quoted from the City website (link provided):
"De planta rectangular distribui-se em alçado de três tramos de arcadas falsas, por banda e tecto de meio canhão.
A capela-mor, com abobada de volta perfeita e arco mestre redento está completamente revestida de pinturas munais do período barroco, datadas de 1757."
