Approximately three-quarter mile north of the Oklahoma/Logan County border at Broadway and Simmons Road, Broadway crosses a small creek. The bridge has a two-rail concrete barrier on either side of the road.

On the east side of the road, at the south end of the bridge is a concrete pillar engraved "WPA / 1939". It stands on a stone wall which is part of the retainment structure of the bridge. It is tricky to access because there are no shoulders on the road, but north of the bridge, there is room to pull over, and walk back to the pillar.

The bridge and roadway appear in good condition and speak well of the unskilled WPA labor force that built so many bridges and buildings in Oklahoma.
