The memorial, a crucifix, stands about five metres high and two and a half metres wide. It shows Christ on a Calvary cross with figures of Mary and Joseph each side of the cross. Down the sides of the memorial are two tablets that contain the names of the fallen.

At the base of the memorial is a stone that carries an inscription that reads:

of all connected with this
Church who died in the war
MCMXIV to MCMXIX
