The Ryan Lemmon Stadium was dedicated in April 21, 1995 and so was this statue. It is here to commemorate the fun in the game of baseball. Commissioned by the City of Irvine and the Irvine Unified School District. It was made by Mark Lundeen. It is also located near a geocache.
