Pets on Broadway is Portland’s largest, locally owned, independent pet shop conveniently located on the corner of NE Broadway and 28th.

The doors opened in 1990 as a tiny shop on the corner, but it was not long before there was a need to expand and in 2004 major renovations were completed.
Their goal is to meet the individual needs of all customers and create a feeling of community in the shop. They currently have well over 30 brands of dog & cat foods and thousands of different products, many of which are from local vendors. They also cater to the needs of more exotic or specialized pets, such as chinchillas and hedgehogs, by providing food and supplies specifically designed for these animals.
They have a wide variety of animals to choose from including birds, small animals, reptiles, fish and coral. All staff are eager to answer questions, give advice and help you choose the right animal for you.
