The "Crown & Anchor" public house is on the south east side of Drummond Street at the junction with North Gower Street a few minutes walk to the west of Euston Station.

The signs, that are identical, hand from the pub's two street facing walls. The signs do not carry the name of the pub but rely on the symbology to do that. The signs are very dark but appear to be of a painted maritime picture. At the top is a golden crown and at the bottom of the picture is an anchor. The anchor has a background that appears to show a very rough sea with what looks like a small boat with men in it. Beyond that is what appears to be a larger ship.
