Albina (Sparks) Scroggs was born March 20th, 1870 in Missouri. She passed away, August, 1973 in Colville, Washington at the age of 103. She was fondly called "Pat" by friends and family.

She was the daughter of:
Josiah Paron Sparks (1840 - 1907)
Candace Elizabeth Gatton Sparks (1843 - 1917)

She married John Scroggs
John Milas Scroggs (1864 - 1942)

She and John had two Children:
Harriet M. Scroggs (1884 - 1978)
Darcy Arden Scroggs (1890 - 1975)
