The fountain has water flowing out of a jug nestled by a lean man with long hair and a long beard..perhaps Neptune with his trident?
The water flows into a long curvy channnel. It is fenced off with walkways on either side.
Unfortunately there is no sign at the site indicating the artist, title or date.
