There was a mission deputation to Fenaghvale in 1865 and a congregation had formed by 1870 and met in the school for worship. In 1874, the construction of a church began on land obtained from William and Flora Bradley and was completed in 1877. St. Paul's, Caledonia Flats - later known as Fenaghvale - was opened for Divine service on January 10, 1878.
The church was consecrated by Bishop J. Travers Lewis on September 15, 1879. By 1898, improvements had been made on the parsonage and by 1905, the church population at Fenaghvale was increasing. A new brick church had to be constructed to replace the one destroyed by fire. The second St. Paul's, Fenaghvale was consecrated by Bishop Charles Hamilton on November 22, 1910. For many years, St. Paul's has been part of the parish of Vankleek Hill.
The Anglican Parish of Vankleek Hill consists of three congregations: St. John's Vankleek Hill, St. Paul's Fenaghvale, and St. Paul's East Hawkesbury.
