Built about 1895, this two-story building features a stucco finish, designed in a Queen Anne style. It originally served as the J.W. Cusick & Co. Bank and later, Fred Dawson's Drug Store. In recent years it has housed a variety of retail businesses, including a Thai restaurant and a bistro lounge.
