If you get off Main Street and head to the northeast corner of town you will find the Royal Canadian Legion in Caroline, Alberta. Activities at this Legion include live music with several different country music nights planned here.
There is a monument in front of the Legion which recognizes the sacrifice of the fallen of the World War I and 2, the Korean War and other conflicts and peacekeeping missions.

The monument has been placed near the entrance and allows for room for most everyone in town to get a position nearby on Remembrance Day. To the back of the monument a small garden adds to the beauty of the surroundings.
