Now... amongst the cafes, restaurants and tea houses, this one has a special character as it's located in the tallest spot, on the rooftop of a tall (for local standards) building. It's just incredible to sit there in a sunny day and enjoy the views around, the atmosphere of the place and the nice service. Prices are high for local standards but very cheap for Westerner travelers.
There is a great selection of food, drinks, tea, coffee.
