NOTE: It has been reported that the safe place sign has been removed from the Fire Department and is now located across the street at the Police Department.

The Perkins Fire Department office at 119 N. Main Street in downtown Perkins is a designated Safe Place. They can be reached at (405) 547-2045 and are open Monday-Friday from 8-5.

The National Safe Place organization is dedicated to providing youth a place of refuge, for immediate safety and for ongoing support resources. The distinctive yellow sign is a beacon for youth in crisis. http://nationalsafeplace.org/
