The sign features a colorful orange, red, and yellow fuel ball. On one side the word "Oil" is encompassed by the flames, and on the other side the first two letters of the word "Fuel" are encompassed by the flames.
Although most of the neon tubes appear to be intact, we checked with the owners while we were there and were told that the light does not function any more. However, it's still a lovely sign to look at in the daylight.
