The Perkins Municipal Building at 110 S. Main in downtown Perkins has a small memorial garden in front. This area has flowers and plantings, a fountain and a memorial to Sheri Hall Gordon.
In the southeast corner against the building is a wooden gazebo. This is an eight-sided gazebo with three sides open. The remaining five sides have wood railings and built-in wood benches. The roof is composition shingle and the floor is concrete. A single wooden step leads to the gazebo.
