UPDATE - 2018 - A Waymark visitor has reported that the simple engraving in the concrete has been replaced by a bronze plaque which reads: "In memory of Dennis Gene Mills / July 3, 1950 - Nov. 21, 2011 / I Peter 5:10". (See photo gallery for visitor's photo).
In front of the Old Store Antiques in Piedmont stands a two-sided free-standing clock. It was placed in memory of Dennis Gene Mills. On the concrete base is the inscription:

Dennis Mills was a resident of Piedmont for 38 years. He was the owner and operator of Dennis Automotive for thirty of those years. He was a well-respected and loved husband, father, grandfather and friend.
