Note that, whilst the name of the settlement that used to be here, and the church, is Mineral Springs (plural), the sign on the cemetery says Mineral Spring (singular). It is listed as Mineral Springs Cemetery in both FindAGrave, which listed 732 interments at the time of this posting, and in this rootsweb page, which has a lot of useful information about the cemetery. Although there were a lot of graves without dates, the earliest recorded grave was in 1880. Seems like the sign maker misheard "Springs Cemetery" as "Spring Cemetery", since they sound similar.
