So here we are...I am waiting for K and looked up and spotted the pencil. The Quinn Group pencil is located at 727 W. Garland Avenue across the street from the Milk Bottle Café.

This is a very large pencil that stands about 12 feet tall complete with eraser still intact.
The Quinn Group was founded in 1969. They are an advertising, marketing and public relations agency. Offering their clients many services including brand recognition, development of logos, printing, which may include advertising on radio and television.
Let us not forget outdoor advertising as an example is their pecil located near the entrance to their offices.
