This pub is on the north side of Wandsworth High Street at the junction with Putney Bridge Road. The pub has two signs that look new but the name ober the door has changed to "Purple Patch". The usual webs istes still list it as the "Rose & Crown".

The signs hand from the pub walls. One is over Wandsworth High Street and the other is over Putney Bridge Road. Both signs are identical in design and both look new. The sign has a green background with the name of the pub in gold lettering at the bottom of the sign. The image shows a gold crown with a red rose with green leaves over the top of it. This is on the upper part of the sign.
