This former narrow-gauge passenger coach is housed in Engine House No. 6 (Grizzly Flats Collection) at the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris.

This passenger coach, built in 1881, was converted to railroad worker housing in 1909. Seven children were born in the bedroom of the converted coach and were responsible for donating the car body to the museum.
