Found this one last year and still haven't been able to find it in any database. It's along Highway 25, north of Davenport, WA.

More precisely, Google says that it's 24.2 miles north of the Highway 25 - Highway 2 junction at Davenport. It's on the top of a cut bank on the west side of the highway at the north end of a 90° curve and about 200 feet north of a pullout on the west side of the highway with a great view of Lake Roosevelt. It is only a foot or so from its orange witness post.

Apparently monumented in 1990, it is stamped"Dept of Natural Resources Washington" on the circumference and "GPS 1003 1990" in the centre. It appears to be an aluminum disc, set just above ground level.
