Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was born on January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. King was the youngest person to receive a Nobel Peace Prize. He received the price for peace in 1964.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated at 6:01pm on April 4, 1968 in Room 306 of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee.
