This baggage car and sister car #745 were purchased by toy train collector Evan Middleton to house his collection of toy trains and other Americana on the grounds of the Orange Empire Railway Museum.

The car was built in 1910 as a buffet-library car for the Western Pacific Railroad. It was rebuilt to its present configuration in 1920 for the Denver & Rio Grande Western.
