Formerly called Emmanuel Lutheran Church, this structure was built in 1959 and designed by the prominent architectural firm of Whitehouse and Price. This, All Saints Lutheran, is the result of amalgamation of Emmanuel Lutheran and St. Paul Lutheran churches. The building was built on the site of the Oscar Labaree House, a Colonial Revival mansion with 2 1/2 stories and a wrap-around porch at the southeast corner.
