This Static Train Car is on display in the south yard at the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris.

This boxcar was built around 1925, possibly for the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad. Car markings indicate that it was owned or leased at one time by Desser Tires and may have been acquired from the US Army during a surplus railroad equipment sale. It now carries OERM car number 4 but appears to be from the same era as Boxcar #25828.
