Erected in 1967, this cairn, which recognizes the sacrifice of those who died in the Korean War, is found in front of Branch 172 of the Royal Canadian Legion in Cremona, Alberta.

The land for this Legion was donated by A.F.(Bob) Simpson in 1947. Shortly thereafter the building was constructed.

The text on the plaque states:
"

Lest We Forget
Dedictated to those men
and women of the Canadian
and all allied forces who
served their country
in peace and war
1914 - 1918 1939 - 1945
and to those who
paid the supreme
sacrifice
we will remember them
1867 / 1967 Erected July 1967 Royal Canadian Legion Cremona
"

On the reverse side is a small plaque recognizing those that died in the Korean War:
