This house is probably an electricity station of some kind, but it can be something else. It's located by a corner of a huge park (for the local standards) in Batman, a city of Turkish Kurdistan.
The murals depict regional landscapes and apparently were sponsored by Turkiye Petrolleri. Worth to mention that Batman grew in the last years due to the begining of oil extraction in the region.
