Kettle Falls Chamber of Commerce was a delight to visit, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They are well organized and answered all our questions.
The Kettle Falls "Grouch" A Tradition with a Twist.
In Kettle Falls they annually appoint the Town Grouch!
The Town Grouch is essentially the winner of a fundraising competition. Every Grouch candidate campaigns for quarters donated by the community.
The candidate with the most quarters is declared "The Grouch" at their summer festival: Town and Country Days!
