Located in Alturas Cemetery is the headstone of Annie E. Cline, who lived from 1861 and died in 1962. She shares this headstone with her husband, George T. Cline, who lived from 1857 to 1944. I could find no online information regarding Annie's birth date and death date, so it's assumed she lived to be at least 100 and possibly to 101.
