This fascinating mural is by an artist called James Cochran (AKA Jimmy.C) who has a website where this and other works are shown. His style is unique and, after a few hours walking around the area, his work stands out from the rest due to his style and colours used.

This picture shows a head and shoulders shot of a girl. All the elements of the image are created from circles of varying size, density and colours. These circles, or more probably spheres, enlarge into the foreground giving the image a 3D depth to it.

Street art or graffiti is subjective. To me this is art.
