These lions are on display in the architecture of the building which currently houses Barbounia Restaurant, in downtown New York City, New York.
The building it very handsome, elegant and stout. The lions, however, are somewhat UNregal looking, witht their tongues hanging out, and seem to either be comical or possibly choking on the gas fumes from the traffic below.
