From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.4 miles to the intersection with FR14. Turn right on FR14 and continue 2.6 miles to the junction with FR1419. Bear left on FR1419 and continue about 0.6 mile to Potlatch Lane. Turn left and proceed about 55' WNW from the intersection. The buried true corner is on the right, and the reference monument is on the left.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on steel pipe; at grade

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found four ponderosa pines and one tamarack with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and ATTENTION signs on the reverse sides. These trees define the location of the buried true corner. The reference monument bears S30°W, 50.8' distant. It is about 7' NNE from the nearest, original ponderosa pine bearing tree.


What property is this mark defining?:
The land NW of the corner is private property, else National Forest.
