Desfoursové (též Des Fours) jsou šlechtický rod, který do ceských zemí prišel z Lotrinska. V roce 1798 rodina spojila svoje jméno s jménem rodu Walderode z Eckhausenu (tedy Desfours-Walderode, resp. Des Fours-Wlderode).

Erb dostali Desfoursové pri povýšení do stavu panského roku 1629. Bylo použito jejich drívejšího znaku, který si privezli z Francie – krokve se dvema gryfíma nohama. Nove byl pridán ríšský orel ve zlatém poli. Pozdeji byl znak roz39ren dalšími ctyrmi prilbami, na nichž byly prapory s ríšským orlem a dve ruce – jedna s mecem a druhá s bambitkou. Navíc štít drželi dva zlatí korunovaní lvi s meci.
