This Boat Ramp is located on Hudeman Slough southwest of Napa and adjacent to the old Skaggs Island Naval Radio Station property, which is now a national wildlife preserve.

This is a small, single-lane boat ramp which was clogged by mud from recent bad weather. It is somewhat remote and generally used only by locals. The old flat bridge leading into the Naval Radio Station could be difficult to pass under with a boat during high tide. A new arched bridge was constructed to solve this problem not long before the base was closed and converted into farmland and a wildlife refuge.
