Eastern State Hospital was opened in 1981 as an asylum for the insane. This building has a sign on the door which reads "Interlake School administration". Though obviously not a school at present, it was possibly a school attached to the hospital, as later the hospital also became a centre for the developmentally challenged. Still later, many of the buildings to the rear of the hospital became part of a women's prison.
There are actually two Fallout Shelter signs, one on each entrance. If they once had capacity stickers, they no longer have.
