This 3 foot tall zinc marker is located in the Walnut Hill Cemetery. The headstone is a small tower type marker. The family name "Scanlan" appears in the middle of the marker. The inscription reads:
M. Scanlan
Died July 23, 1890
Aged 69 Yrs. 11Mos.
The marker itself is rather unadorned with a carved half rosette at the top and some scrollwork between the rosette and the inscription.
