Rotary International, along with many other business and civic associations, realizes the need to form partnerships with today's youth rather than creating adversarial relationships. To this end, Rotary Sunrise of Lathrop has teamed up with the city and other organizations to provide a formal area where skateboarders and like recreationists can enjoy their form of physical entertainment.
