Classic-styled
communal water pump is installed in small park
on a corner of 2 streets (Jozefa Miloslava Hurbana and Odbojarov) in
Brezova pod Bradlom.
It's typical pump that can be still found in many slovak villages, most likely on squares or other frequent places in the centre of community.
It could be manufactured in 1920's or 1930's.
This one seems to be in good condition, but part of the handle is missing and it was not working when we tried.
But small stone trough under the pump is pretty much eroded. Pump was apparently busy place some time ago.
Slovak description:
Asi to tu byvalo celkom oblubene miesto kedysi.
