Located right in Osceola Wisconsin, these nicely built and maintained stairs lead down to the Osceola Creek and Cascade Waterfalls. The steps are layed in segments with a platfrom view every dozen or so steps. Surrounded by the scenic bluffs of the St. Croix River Valley, the steps are steep but so scenic. They are slippery when wet or covered with fall leaves.
