We entered Kruger Park via the Numbi Gate early in the morning, had lunch at the Lower Sabie Rest Camp and we exited the park through the Phabeni Gate in the late afternoon. We saw the blue wildebeest, kudu, impala, nyala, bushbuck, waterbuck, zebra, giraffe, leopard, buffalo, elephant, hippopotamus, crocodile, white rhinoceros, baboon, dwarf mongoose, tortoise and many birds. But it is at the Karongwe Game Reserve the next morning that we finaly met Mr lion and also had the great experience of tracking a male cheetah on foot for quite a long distance.
