Laguna Gloria is the former estate of Henry and Clara Sevier and is reputed to have also been property owned by Steven F Austin. Mrs. Clara Sevier is better known as Clara Driscoll, the "Savior of the Alamo" and as a banker, land manager, politician and philanthropist to the fine arts. The Laguna Gloria estate was her home for much of her life.

Two fountains can be found on the Laguna Gloria mansion's grounds. This is the smaller of the two fountains, located at the Western side of the house, on a patio overlooking Lake Austin. It is a small bowl-shaped fountain with a statue of a boy holding an oversized large flower against its bodice. Water is pumped into the upper area (the flower's petaks) and flows out into the bowl below the boy, then ultimately into a larger pool area below.

No name is given to this fountain, nor is there a date present.
