The American Tobacco Company was the largest cigarette company in the world by 1900. The were the makers of Lucky Strikes. In 1908 they were ordered to dissolve the company due to the anti monopoly laws in place. Today the factory has been converted to condos, apartments, restaurants and small businesses.
