This marker is located in Aumsville cemetery near the small Marion County town of Aumsville. Born in 1913, she witnessed wars from World War I through the Iraq conflict. The U.S. President at her birth was Willam Howard Taft (27th President), with Barack Obama in office at her death (44th President), a total of 18 presidents. She is buried with her husband Bernard, who died at age 85, preceded her in death by 17 years.
