This is a classic cemetery adjoining a classic country church with classic outdoor plumbing. An extensive web search did not show much about the church; but the cemetery goes back to at least 1870. (There are some graves with no death dates on them.) Since there were at least 2 burials in the year of this waymark posting (2013) it is still in operation.
