Depicted valuable wooden Gothic belfry of the Church of Virgin Mary's Birth (Kostel Narození Panny Marie), which originates from the late 1500s, is the most interesting piece of architecture in village Jabkenice (Central Bohemian region).

This pyramidal, shingle-covered, wooden structure is perfect example of Gothic vernacular architecture of medieval Bohemia. The belfry, originally equipped by four bells, is still operational - but only two bells survived the last two world wars...
