The MTB-route Wijk en Wouden is a trail of 40 kilometer through the polders between Leiden and Zoetermeer, about one third of which is unpaved. It is a tough trail for advanced ATB-ers and beginners can choose to do parts of the route. The route is marked with a red version of the international ATB logo.
