This graveyard lies to the south and east of Abbey Church in Waltham Abbey. The most famous person buried here is King Harold II who was killed at the Battle of Hastings in 1066.

This is a well tended churchyard that contains a memorial to King Harold II who was killed at the Battle of hastings in 1066. There are other graves and headstones but the trend now seems to be to have small memorial stones. They are mainly in a garden of remembrance but also line the path running to the south of the church.
