Large memorial in front of the local high school. Half the city officials did not even know it was here.

None of the names are readable, and it is a shame. I usually try to list or make photo close-up enough to read the names, but the brass plates did not photograph well.
I assume the bell is from a former school building. No one near the school when I was here, so I asked at city hall and a couple others I met in town. Most did not know what I was talking about, and only one even knew the memorial was there.
