Weathered and blackened with age, the monument commemorates locals who gave their lives in World War I.

Inscription:
The American Legion has erected this memorial in
commemoration of the patriotism, love of country
and devotion to duty of our comrades who gave their
lives in the service of humanity in the World War.

1914- 1918
